I have been a patient for 40 years. The practice has changed hands. I have to say it is still a pleasure to attend the practice. A few months ago l had to have a tooth extracted. Dr Kenny did a fantastic job. You know what it's like, you expect the worst. Well, l had no pain during the extraction nor afterwards, even when the numbness wore off, l felt nothing. Next time l need an appointment at the dentist l will have no hesitation in booking, Barnsley. In fact l was so impressed with all the staff, l booked my husband in and he lives to fight another day. Thank you Dr Kenny.

These guys offered me an emergency appointment immediately for a broken tooth. Easy to find with parking very close to the practice, reception staff were really helpful and friendly on the phone and also on arrival. The consultation was carried out within 10 minutes of arrival with speed and professionalism, i had an X-ray and options for treatments discussed with pricing included, really thorough and helpful when faced with dental issues.

After advice i opted for an extraction and this was carried out very shortly after the consultation, took less than 10 minutes and i didn't feel a thing, after care advice was given and i left shortly after.

A military grade operation i will return for any future treatment. Very pleased with the service and the cost,

I had my first check up appointment yesterday. All the staff were lovely. Thank you Shannon for a warm friendly welcome. Thank you Surya for the thorough check up and for explaining everything so well. Finally, thank you to nurse Ewa for chatting with me while Surya checked my x ray with the senior dentist.

Went here Friday and today I was so scared and anxious as it had been such a long time since I saw I dentist. I had to have a tooth taken out. The staff were amazing from the start on reception really welcoming and caring. The nurses and dentist were amazing too did Thier very best to keep me calm and resurer me. The talked me through what was happening gave me all the information I needed afterwards. The Dentist doctor Kenny was absolutely brilliant. And the nurse with him was also lovely talking me through it holding my hand. Can't thank them enough. Thankyou

Unfortunately i recentley broke a crown and lost approximately half of the tooth aswell, i contacted my usual dentist which admittedly i hadnt seen in a while and they refused to take me back. Fortunately for me i had been advised by a friend to contact. Wow what a difference when speaking to the receptionist and explaining my problem she booked me an appointment within a week even though i was not a client. I saw Dr Kenny i explained my problem and without hesitation he explained the best option for me including cost (has i had chosen to go as a private patient) , an extraction of the broken tooth was recommended, including x-rays, and the fitting of a new tooth to my existing denture to replace the broken tooth/crown. All this was done within the space of 48 hours, xrays, Pain free extraction and the alterations to my denture to add the new tooth. As a private patient i was obviously expecting it to be a lot more expensive than on the NHS but i was pleasantly suprised that it was only a little more expensive than the top tier NHS level. I cant thank Dr Kenny and his team enough considering i walked through their doors an unknown patient, from the first initial phone call the team were friendly and understanding of my predicament. THANK YOU ALL!!! so much i can 110% recommend Hays Croft Dental Surgery to anyone needing dental care either long or short term. I am now pleased to say i am an NHS patient at Hays Croft following Dr Kennys invite.

I was very nervous and the dental nurse and hygienist were very good at putting me at ease. They both constantly checked that I was ok through the process and I will never feel so nervous again.

I have Not been at this dentist very long but they are very welcoming and caring realy great with my children made them laugh to stop them feeling anxious and scared they don’t have you sat feeling awkward I’m silent and find any conversations while you wait for them to set up witch i realy appreciate …the receptionist are very polite and helpful very happy with all the treatment and service they have given both me and children w last couple week

I'm terrified of dentists and have not been for 20 years But I finally plucked up the spirit to go see Kenny and the team as I had a wobbly back tooth and my teeth genuinely needed sorting before I loose them all. From the moment I got there I was made to feel at ease. Everything I needed doing to rescue my remaining teeth was explained fully Kenny decided I should have a tooth extraction and a scale and polish and they would register me and I could continue attending so we could go forward with a plan to help me look after my teeth the tooth extraction and scale and polish went well all be it a little uncomfortable as my teeth where so bad but hey that's my own fault. I will be going back regularly from now on and my experience today as gone a long was towards finally ending my fear of dentists. Thankyou

I recently registered with this practice, I recently just moved down to this area with my family. The reception team were really lovely and Kenny who happens to be the dentist and his nurse are amazing!!!! I’m normally really nervous but they always reassured me, so much so that I have finally decided to have private treatment done. Wish I could give them more stars!!

I went in for a private emergency appointment today due to being in incredible pain. I was quickly attended to, and within 25 minutes i had a consultation, an X-ray, the tooth extracted and a prescription for antibiotics. Dr Kenny (The Dentist) was amazing, explained everything to me, paid active listening to me and was reassuring all through. The price was way cheaper than all the stories of private dentistry costs which I heard from family and friends.

Amazing staff!! Very welcoming! I am a very very anxious patient, all I can say is they look after you and are very caring! I more or less squeezed the nurses hand all the way through! Explained everything what was happening! I really wouldn’t go anywhere else!
